Replace the expanded product name and the everything-claude-code slug
with ECC across READMEs, translated docs, harness folders, skills,
commands, scripts and examples. Repo URLs now point at affaan-m/ECC.
Rename repo-internal artifacts to ecc forms (ecc-conventions skill,
ecc-guardrails, ecc-research-playbook, ecc-team-config, ecc-instincts
with ecc-* ids) and update .claude/ecc-tools.json.
Legacy install ids, plugin dirs, package names and MCP prefixes stay
where existing installs resolve against them. The codex global-state
check and harness-audit repo detection accept the new name first and
the legacy one as a fallback. The Discord bot prefers ~/GitHub/ECC and
falls back to the nested legacy checkout path.
Refresh the skill-triggers registryDigest for the changed skill text.
- Rename the Ukrainian locale identifier from ua-UA/ua to uk-UA,
with uk kept as a short alias
- Update directory (docs/ua-UA -> docs/uk-UA), README links, and
all component/module IDs accordingly
- Add locale:uk-ua entry to install-components.json, replacing the
orphaned locale:ua entry that had no matching component
- Add docs-uk-ua entry to install-modules.json, pointing to
docs/uk-UA
Fixes "Unknown install component" error triggered by the previous
locale:ua entry.
PR #2050 updated the root README.zh-CN.md install commands after the
everything-claude-code → ECC rename, but the same stale marketplace URL
remained in nine docs/<locale>/README.md copies. Align those quick-start
and self-hosted install blocks so /plugin install ecc@ecc resolves the
ecc marketplace instead of everything-claude-code.
Adds de-DE docs, installer wiring, and locale tests. Pre-validated on current main with install manifest checks, markdownlint, locale-install tests, and ECC 2.0 release-surface tests.
Adds docs/th/README.md with a concise onboarding-style Thai
translation mirroring the docs/vi-VN format. Updates the language
switchers in the English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese,
Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (BR), Russian, Turkish, Vietnamese,
and Simplified Chinese docs READMEs to link to the new Thai page.
The English README remains the canonical source of truth; the Thai
page links back to it for full content.
