Subject: [PATCH] Add Mixer Tracking subcategory and sort Blockchain &
 Cryptocurrency (THE-57)

- Add Mixer Tracking subcategory with 5 tools: Arkham Intelligence,
  Breadcrumbs.app, MetaSleuth, MistTrack, OFAC Sanctions List Search
- Add Monero Blocks to Monero subcategory
- Sort all subcategories alphabetically within Blockchain & Cryptocurrency
- Fix BitRef capitalization consistency (Chain Analysis Platforms)
