Subject: [PATCH] feat(data): merge top-level Metadata into Images/Metadata
 (THE-52)

Removed the redundant top-level Metadata category (12 tools) and
redistributed all tools to their logical homes:
- 9 tools → Images / Videos / Docs/Images/Metadata (general metadata
  viewers and file parsers: FOCA, Exiv2, MediaInfo, Apache Tika,
  oletools, Hachoir, C2PA Verify, Metadata2Go, Get-Metadata)
- 1 tool  → Images / Videos / Docs/Images/Forensics (Forensically)
- 1 tool  → OpSec/Metadata / Style (MAT2 — metadata anonymization)
- ExifTool (T) skipped — already present in Images/Metadata

Images/Metadata grows from 10 → 19 tools.
No broken references; JSON validates cleanly.
