Sydney RunkleandClaude Opus 4.7 f247a1a647 docs: add AggregateChannel design spec 
MVP unifies BinaryOperatorAggregate and DeltaChannel under a single class
with configurable snapshot_frequency. DeltaChannel (experimental, private)
is removed; BinaryOperatorAggregate becomes a subclass with
snapshot_frequency=1 for back-compat.
