Updates the `libs/langgraph/uv.lock` development dependency from Mistune
3.3.0 to 3.3.4, resolving GHSA-6m44-fpc8-c3rq (Dependabot #389). The
change is scoped to the affected lockfile.

Validation: `uv lock --project libs/langgraph --locked`.
