## Notes for reviewers
- Includes [push through the active Docker
context](https://github.com/langchain-ai/langgraph/pull/9321) and
[accept serverless and dedicated deployment
aliases](https://github.com/langchain-ai/langgraph/pull/9325), the two
CLI changes merged since 0.4.35.
- Merging doesn't publish by itself: after it merges, run the `release`
workflow with `working-directory: libs/cli`, as was done for 0.4.35.

## Test Plan
- [x] Only `__version__` in `libs/cli/langgraph_cli/__init__.py` changes
(0.4.35 → 0.4.36), like the 0.4.35 release PR
- [ ] After merge, the `release` workflow for `libs/cli` succeeds and
PyPI shows `langgraph-cli` 0.4.36
- [ ] `uvx --from langgraph-cli==0.4.36 langgraph deploy` pushes on
Docker Desktop without `DOCKER_HOST` set
