Cuts a release for langgraph-sdk to publish #7704 (`return_minimal` on
`threads.update`). Needed by langchain-ai/langchainplus#24203 to swap
Fleet Python `threads.update` callsites from raw `Prefer` headers to the
first-class `return_minimal=True` parameter.
