3055c4b9cc [docs] LangGraph / LangGraph Platform docs updates (#4479 )

Main changes made:
- Add top level horizontal tabs
- Reorganize the sidenav
- Build out README/index page
- Consolidate how-tos under each section
- Remove duplicate content

To deploy a LangGraph Server, follow the how-to guide for how to deploy to Cloud SaaS.

Overview

The Cloud SaaS deployment option is a fully managed model for deployment where we manage the control plane and data plane in our cloud.
