## Test Plan
- [x] `make format`, `make lint` and `make test` pass in `libs/cli` (534
tests)
- [x] New tests cover the opt-in request body, logging in with the
returned `username`, and pushing to exactly `repository_url`; they fail
without the change
- [x] Backward compatible: without `username` or `repository_url` in the
response, the CLI logs in as `oauth2accesstoken` and pushes to
`registry_url/<name>` as before, and control planes that don't read the
request body ignore it
- [ ] With the LangSmith AWS change (langchain-ai/langchainplus#49248)
live: `langgraph deploy` builds locally, pushes to the deployment's ECR
repository, and deploys
