4 people 98043c37ab fix(cli): default deploy to serverless (#9333) ...

- Default new deployments to serverless, preserving explicit
deployment-type overrides.
- Let the backend determine AWS serverless availability; preserve its
rejection and append guidance to use --deployment-type dev. Do not
detect AWS hostnames, block attempts locally, or silently fall back.
- Serverless deployment on AWS works without another CLI change once the
backend supports it.
