David Asamu aceeb8e352 feat: set default host URL for CLI and simplify deployment error handling 
- Added a default value for the `--host-url` option in the CLI to streamline user experience.
- Removed the explicit error check for `host_url` in the `deploy` function, allowing for a more flexible deployment process.
