Manuel Raynaud 952ff704f2 ⚡️(yhub) skip the users/me call for callers without a session cookie 
After removing the ForceSessionMiddleware we can detect without calling
the /users/me endpoint if a user is anonymous or not. We now check the
presence of the cookie session to avoid the http call and directly
return an anonymous user.

Manuel Raynaud b25660f5b1 📝(documentation) finalize and polish the documentation 
Also the AGENTS.md is now track to have all the same one and track any
modification made on it.
