Manuel Raynaud c7beb50411 📝(installation) upgrade documentation with yhub instruction 
All installation guides are updated to add the instructions about how to
deploy docs with yhub.

Nicolas ClercandGitHub 0c45a2824b 🐛(docker) pull minio images from quay.io 
MinIO stopped publishing images on Docker Hub in October 2025 and
archived its GitHub repository in February 2026. `minio/mc` and
`minio/minio` can no longer be pulled, so the `createbuckets` service
fails with `pull access denied for minio/mc`. The same images are still
served from quay.io.

Manuel Raynaud fd34a79d6d 📝(documentation) rename docs folder in documentation 
We rename the docs folder into documentation, we think this new name is
more relevant and less confusing.
