The reservation only holds if the signed Content-Length, MinIO and the quota
agree, which unit tests cannot show since they stub the storage. The e2e
stack now runs the local entitlements backend so admission is really
exercised, and a dedicated account keeps the quota assertions independent
from the items other specs leave behind.
