jbpenrath 153beb13d3 🔧(scalingo) gate ota upload to MOBILE_OTA_S3_BUCKET value ...

Before, once a MOBILE_OTA_* vars was set, all others value was checked and if one
was missing the script exit with an error so the deploy failed.
Now, MOBILE_OTA_S3_BUCKET is the mandatory envvars to enable ota. Once this one
is set, we check values of other variables.
