Setup now shows worker queues and the six downloaded datasets with live status and Download/Retry, connects bug bounty platforms with a key test, sets out-of-band testing, and groups API keys by what each adds. Every dataset loader holds its own advisory lock and records its run in one ledger; the check library loads at worker boot and the boot check covers NVD.
