Three corpora, one miner: web asset roots, the responses endpoint_probe
read, and a scanner's proof. `endpoint_responses` is its own table so the
nine select(Endpoint) sites do not carry every body; retention deletes
those rows with the web asset bodies, and protects each target's newest
census run.

A passive leaf past the last awaited level joins the deferred tail, so
the finding corpus lands before finalize re-mines it.
