Yogesh OjhaandClaude Opus 5 2f3c4f380b refactor(surface): the columns a person reads move to the definitions
mcp/dimensions.py held the curated column set and identity column for
each dimension. An export writes those same columns, and mcp/ is not
mounted in the worker, so they move to shared/definitions/surface.py
beside the labels and nouns. The tool registry reads them from there.

SURFACE_TEXT_VALUE joins them: the value a plain text export writes per
line. It is not the identity column everywhere — a service is ip:port,
and a finding is the URL it was matched at rather than its template
name.
