W.C.A. Wijngaards bdfcfb861f - Fix to set makedist.sh to not wget config.sub and 
config.guess from git repo. The fetch times out, and the
  version from libtoolize is much more recent now than
  that it was when the wget was added.

Wouter Wijngaards c6e236cdfe - Contrib windows scripts from Yuri Voinov added to src/contrib: 
create_unbound_ad_servers.cmd: enters anti-ad server lists.
  unbound_cache.cmd: saves and loads the cache.
- Added unbound-control-setup.cmd from Yuri Voinov to the windows
  unbound distribution set.  It requires openssl installed in %PATH%.
