merge: preserve reviewed original and refreshed source ancestry

Keep tested tree 655e700d82 unchanged. Preserve original 3049, 3055, 3115 and 3119 heads alongside their accepted attributed carry-forwards. Preserve parent-approved live 3257 and 3265 heads without replaying generated bindings, old locks, superseded migrations or discarded hook code.
