fix(context-packs): refresh skill-trigger manifest digest for bengali-nlp

The merged registry now has 293 skills, so the hand-seeded manifest's
registryDigest no longer matched and validate-context-profiles failed
npm test. Update registryDigest and coverage.skills; the curated
triggers and triggersDigest are unchanged.
