Carry forward PR #3115ef475c79 and 780dfb78 onto current main. Preserve the newer hook-consent transforms during install and repair. Main already includes the source import fix from #3167.
Under OpenCode the skill-health dashboard had no writer and no honest
fallback, so it reported every discovered skill as healthy (#2463).
Root cause: `post:skill:track` is only wired for Claude Code, where
`posttooluse-dispatcher.js` fans the event out to `skill-run-tracker.js`.
The OpenCode plugin re-implements the harness events instead of reusing that
dispatcher, so nothing ever wrote `skill-runs.jsonl` — and the tracker's
matcher only accepted the exact Claude Code tool name `Skill`, while OpenCode
calls the tool `skill`, so even wiring it would have dropped every event.
Commands that locate ECC through the inlined resolver in
`scripts/lib/resolve-ecc-root.js` also fell back to `~/.claude`, which does
not contain ECC, so they could not find their scripts.
Changes:
- `.opencode/plugins/ecc-hooks.ts`: dispatch `post:skill:track` from
`tool.execute.after`. The tracker module is imported lazily and behind
try/catch, matching the existing `changed-files-store` pattern: this file is
OpenCode's startup entry point, so a static import failure would crash the
session before any hook runs (#2530). The module is reused rather than
reimplemented, keeping its identifier validation, length bounds and
"never persist prompt text" guarantees.
- `scripts/hooks/skill-run-tracker.js`: match the tool name case-insensitively
so `Skill` and `skill` are both accepted.
- `scripts/lib/skill-evolution/health.js`: split the summary into
measured/healthy/declining/unmeasured instead of deriving `healthy = total -
declining`, which turned "no telemetry" into "everything is fine" for every
skill.
- `scripts/lib/skill-evolution/dashboard.js`: show the breakdown and warn
explicitly when skills have no recorded runs, since absence of telemetry is
not a health signal.
Under OpenCode the resolver also needs `CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT`, which only the
plugin can supply: `shell.env` exports it when a root is found, without
replacing a root the user set or one an earlier plugin already put in
`output.env`.
Root discovery is per capability and probes required runtime files — never
optional content. Probing for `skills/continuous-learning-v2` (the
`workflow-quality` module) rejected supported modular installs that ship the
plugin and tracker without that optional module, disabling telemetry and the
root export for exactly those users.
Also fixes an incidental bug: the compiled plugin bundle is ESM, where
`__dirname` is undefined, so the ECC version lookup silently fell back to its
default. The module directory is now derived from `import.meta.url`.
Tests: `tests/opencode-plugin-hooks.test.js` covers the telemetry dispatch
(skill tool recorded, other tools ignored, minimal profile respected), a
modular install without the optional skills module, the root export and both
override paths; `tests/hooks/skill-run-tracker.test.js` covers the
case-insensitive matcher; `tests/lib/skill-evolution.test.js` and
`tests/lib/skill-dashboard.test.js` cover the unmeasured bucket, the warning
and the aged-out-coverage wording.

pi/core and the bundled blueprint skill now refer to the project as ECC only;
the generated README no longer expands the name. Profile contents, package
name and paths are unchanged (123 skills, 24 commands).
The release workflows poll npm for up to five minutes after publish before
verifying the artifact. In 2.2.2 the check gave up after about 30 seconds while
npm was still processing, failing the run before latest was promoted and the
GitHub Release was created.
Version metadata synced to 2.2.3 with CHANGELOG, translated release headings
and release notes; skill-triggers registryDigest updated for the blueprint text.
- Review a caller-supplied diff when given; otherwise collect committed
branch, staged, unstaged, and untracked Ruby changes. Plain `git diff`
missed staged-only and committed PR changes.
- Add update_all/delete_all/update_columns/insert_all/upsert_all on
user-reachable scopes to the HIGH tier, since they skip validations
and callbacks.
- Fix stale 67-agent catalog blocks in README.md and docs/ja-JP/README.md
and list ruby-reviewer there.

Add a Ruby and Rails code reviewer agent covering Active Record query
safety, strong parameters, unsafe reflection and deserialization, XSS,
safe migrations, and RSpec/Minitest quality. It builds on the existing
rules/ruby/* and rails-patterns skill.
- Register it in .opencode/opencode.json with a matching prompt file
- Map ruby and rails to it in the orch-review workflow
- Bump the documented agent count from 68 to 69 across README, AGENTS.md,
plugin manifests, and translated docs

Root package.json declared no main or exports, so OpenCode npm plugin
resolution (import.meta.resolve) failed and the plugin was silently
skipped (#3127). The .opencode TypeScript sources imported siblings
with .js specifiers that only exist after compilation, so the home
install, which loads the .ts files in place, crashed the tool registry
with ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND (#3112).
Declare main/types/exports on the root package pointing at the
compiled plugin entry, switch the sources to .ts specifiers, and
enable allowImportingTsExtensions with rewriteRelativeImportExtensions
so the emitted dist keeps working .js specifiers. Add smoke tests that
build the package, resolve and import the entry by name from a temp
install, and verify every in-place relative import resolves.
Fixes#3127Fixes#3112
opencode's legacy plugin loader (getLegacyPlugins) iterates every module
export and throws 'Plugin export is not a function' if any export is not
a plugin function. The bundle exported VERSION (string) and metadata
(object) alongside the plugin, breaking plugin loading. Export only the
plugin function so opencode can load ecc-universal.
The `.opencode/commands/*.md` frontmatter referenced agents with the Claude
Code plugin namespace (`agent: everything-claude-code:<name>`), but ECC's
opencode integration registers its agents unscoped in `opencode.json`'s
`agent` map (`code-reviewer`, `planner`, ...), and that file's own `command`
section already references them unscoped. The `everything-claude-code:` scope
resolves under no opencode config (the opencode plugin package is
`ecc-universal`, and inline-config agents are bare), so subtask commands like
`/code-review` hard-fail with `Agent not found: everything-claude-code:code-reviewer`.
Non-subtask commands fall back to the default agent and appear to work — which
is why only some commands failed.
Strip the `everything-claude-code:` prefix from all 30 command frontmatter
agent ids so they match the registered agents, fix the MIGRATION.md example,
and replace the test that enforced the broken scoped invariant with one that
asserts each command agent id is a registered opencode agent (fails on the old
scoped ids, passes on the fix).

* fix(ci): resync lockfiles with package.json (eslint 10) + migrate yarn.lock to Yarn 4 format
package.json requires eslint@^10.6.0 but the committed locks pinned 9.39.2, so
npm ci aborted and Yarn 4 hardened mode rejected the stale v1-classic yarn.lock
(YN0028). Regenerate package-lock.json and rewrite yarn.lock in Yarn 4 (berry)
format so npm ci and immutable yarn installs both pass.

* fix(ci): require clean probe exit for Windows shell/bash detection; add pyyaml dev dep

* refactor: consolidate duplicated hook-root resolver into shared resolveEccRoot() (#2368)
The inline node -e resolver blob was duplicated ~60x across hooks.json,
command docs, and translations. Each copy inlined the full ~700-char
plugin-root search using a spread over nested array literals
(p.join(d,'plugins',...s) over [['ecc'],...]), which breaks Windows hook
execution due to shell quoting (#2368).
Collapse every copy to a 250-char locator that loads the committed
resolve-ecc-root module and delegates to resolveEccRoot() — no spread, no
nested array literals, no escaped double quotes. The real search logic now
lives in one tested module. Also route session-start-bootstrap.js through
resolveEccRoot() instead of its own duplicated reimplementation, and fix
the auto-update.md 'marketplace' (singular) typo along the way.
Guard tests updated: discovery behavior is asserted against resolveEccRoot();
the inline is asserted to delegate and to contain no Windows-fragile
constructs.

* fix(resolve-ecc-root): restore full env-unset discovery in inline resolver
Address Greptile review on #2410: when CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT is unset the
delegating inline could only load the resolver module from ~/.claude,
returning ~/.claude without ever reaching the plugin/cache search. Restore
the old inline's discovery breadth (exact plugin roots + versioned cache)
Windows-safely (no spread, nested arrays, or escaped quotes), then delegate
the authoritative decision to resolveEccRoot(). Add regression tests for
plugin-subdir and versioned-cache bootstrap with env unset.

- gateguard (GHSA-4v57-ph3x-gf55): add a quote-aware detection pass that
dequotes command words and splits on UNQUOTED separators incl. newlines, so
newline-separated commands, quoted command words ('rm'/"rm"), quoted
find -exec, and sh/bash -c wrappers are all classified destructive. Additive —
existing 133 cases still pass; +7 bypass regressions + a false-positive guard
(rm inside a quoted echo arg stays allowed). 140/140.
- Windows CI: format-code.ts emitted backslash paths via path.normalize, breaking
forward-slash assertions on all Windows matrix cells — force forward slashes.
- claw.js (CodeQL #1 js/polynomial-redos): bound parseTurns input so the lazy
[\s\S]*? body can't drive O(n^2) scanning on adversarial history files.
Full suite 2852/2852; lint green.
Three defense-in-depth fixes around untrusted input flowing to subprocess execution:
1. **Control-pane HTTP server (scripts/lib/control-pane/server.js)**
The local control-pane API binds to 127.0.0.1 but had no Host or Origin
validation, so a DNS-rebinding attack from a malicious website could pivot
into the loopback endpoints — including POST /api/actions/:id, which spawns
'cargo run -- graph ...' with caller-supplied query strings. Add a hostname
allowlist (loopback variants plus the explicitly configured --host) and
reject mismatched Host (421) or non-loopback Origin (403) before any route
handler runs.
2. **OpenCode git-summary tool (.opencode/tools/git-summary.ts)**
The tool was building 'git diff ${baseBranch}...HEAD --stat' with execSync
and a raw model-supplied baseBranch string. Switch run() to execFileSync
with an args array (no shell), validate baseBranch against a conservative
git-ref allowlist (rejects shell metacharacters, leading -, embedded ..),
and clamp the depth arg to a small positive integer before interpolating
into 'git log --oneline -<N>'.
3. **Reusable test workflow (.github/workflows/reusable-test.yml)**
The 'Install dependencies' step interpolated ${{ inputs.package-manager }}
directly into a bash 'case' and into an echo, so a downstream caller that
forwarded attacker-controllable input could inject into the runner. Move
the input into a PACKAGE_MANAGER env var and reference $PACKAGE_MANAGER
inside the script per the GitHub script-injection guidance.
Detected by Aeon + semgrep p/security-audit (host check via threat-model
manual-review axis; git-summary via detect-child-process; workflow via
run-shell-injection).
Verification: node tests/run-all.js — 2686/2687 pre-existing tests pass; the
one failure (observe.sh legacy output fallback) reproduces on main without
this branch applied. Added 2 new control-pane tests covering the allowlist
classifier and the DNS-rebinding-gate behavior end-to-end.

Graduate 2.0.0-rc.1 to stable. Bump version across package, plugin,
marketplace, OpenCode, agent metadata, VERSION, and all localized docs.
Add 2.0.0 release notes + README sections (en/zh/pt-BR/tr), CHANGELOG
entry, and the ECC community Discord bot (dependency-free gateway client
+ guild command registrar). Update copilot-support and release-surface
tests for the sponsored-review migration and the 2.0.0 surface.
The `/instinct-status` slash command template expanded
`${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}` directly and documented a manual-install
fallback to `~/.claude/skills/continuous-learning-v2/scripts/instinct-cli.py`.
When users had both an active plugin install (under
`~/.claude/plugins/cache/<slug>/<org>/<version>/`) and a legacy
`~/.claude/skills/continuous-learning-v2/` directory left over from a
previous manual install, an empty `CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT` (which Claude
Code does not always populate in slash-command shell contexts) silently
made the command read the stale legacy install while the active plugin
hooks and observer wrote to the new XDG path. The user saw "No
instincts found" while the system was actively learning — exactly the
divergence the bug reporter spent hours diagnosing.
Replace the brittle two-block template with the same inline resolver
pattern that `hooks/hooks.json` and `/sessions` / `/skill-health`
already use: env var → standard install → known plugin roots → plugin
cache walk → fallback. The resolver is the canonical `INLINE_RESOLVE`
constant from `scripts/lib/resolve-ecc-root.js`, so no new code is
introduced — just consistent adoption of the existing pattern.
Apply the same fix to all five copies of the command:
- commands/instinct-status.md (canonical)
- .opencode/commands/instinct-status.md
- docs/zh-CN/commands/instinct-status.md
- docs/ja-JP/commands/instinct-status.md
- docs/tr/commands/instinct-status.md
Extend tests/lib/command-plugin-root.test.js with an assertion that the
canonical instinct-status.md uses the inline resolver and no longer
hard-codes the legacy `~/.claude/skills/...` fallback (regression
guard).
zh-CN copy: polish the Chinese phrasing per LanguageTool feedback
(`使用与 ... 相同的解析器` → `以与 ... 相同的解析器`) so the verb is
introduced by an explicit preposition instead of reading as an awkward
verb-object construction.
Fail fast when the OpenCode home install is attempted from a source checkout without the compiled .opencode/dist payload. PR had the full CI matrix green.
Salvages the useful harness-audit scoring work from #1989 while preserving the current hook registry and newer plugin install detection. Adds GitHub integration checks, conditional deploy-provider categories, dynamic applicable category metadata, and CODEOWNERS coverage.
