- Configure Krill to run in test bed mode.
- Configure nginx to proxy specific Krill locations instead of arbitrary
routes.
- Configure nginx to serve Krill generated RRDP files.
- Configure Routinator to trust the nginx TLS certificate.
- Download the Krill TAL and install it in Routinator.
- Don't serve a test.txt file from nginx.
- Silence nginx warning about not being able to write to /var/log/.
- Add support for running Routinator in `vrps` mode and fetching the
results as JSON.
