Enrich 47 OpSec tools with metadata (THE-169)

Browse Source

Add description, status, pricing, bestFor, input, output, opsec,
opsecNote, and badge fields to all 47 tools in the OpSec section
(Persona Creation, Anonymous Browsing, Privacy/Clean Up,
Metadata/Style). No structural changes to categories or folders.
