Added CloudFail and OpenRailwayMap

* CloudFail (T) - Utilize misconfigured DNS and old database records to find hidden IP's behind the CloudFlare network
* OpenRailwayMap - OpenRailwayMap (previously called "Bahnkarte") is a detailed online map of the world's railway infrastructure, built on OpenStreetMap data.
