Enrich Images/Videos/Docs tools batch 4/5 (THE-138)
Populated enrichment metadata for 25 tools across Videos, Webcams, Documents, Paste Sites, and Fonts subsections. Rebuilt from master with correct 2-space formatting (original branch had been formatted with tabs causing full-file diff). Deprecated: Hooktube, yasiv-youtube, Insecam, IdentiFont.
