Add 4 validated tools from PR#286 strict-path curation pass (THE-83)

Inserts tools with exact existing category path matches only:
- ABBYY Lingvo (Language Translation / Text)
- Dictionary.com Translator (Language Translation / Text)
- Free Online Translation (Language Translation / Text)
- bearded-avenger-deploymentkit (T) (Threat Intelligence)

120 candidates were analyzed; 42 duplicate by URL, 29 duplicate by
name, 4 unique with resolvable paths. 45 unique candidates with
missing-path taxonomy drift are deferred for a follow-on pass.
