A selected image (or any selected node) leaked its editing outline into
the read-only slide. Suppress the selected-node outline so nothing looks
focused unless the user tabs or clicks.

Dividers with children are kept as structural parents so their slide
keeps its indentation; the divider's own rule is hidden. Empty
paragraphs around a divider are dropped so habitual spacing no longer
offsets slides.

Prepend a slide with the document title (emoji stripped) so every
presentation opens on a cover, announced to screen readers like any

Pull the BlockNote rendering out of PresenterSlide into
PresenterSlideContent so it can be reused by the title slide and the PDF
export. Add a PresenterSlideData union (title | content) and a shared
PresenterBlock type.
Move presenter ownership out of DocToolBox into a top-level
PresenterRoot driven by a zustand store, lazy-load the overlay and paint
a boot cover while the editor boots. Groundwork for the deep-link and

Add a Playwright spec that opens the presenter overlay from the
doc options menu, walks through a multi-slide document built with
dividers, and verifies that Escape closes the overlay.
Cover the three hooks that drive the presenter overlay:
useSlides for divider-based block segmentation,
useBrowserFullscreen for the Fullscreen API wrapper,
and usePresenterShortcuts for the keyboard navigation bindings.

With the soft delete feature, relying on the is_leaf method from the
treebeard is not accurate anymore. To determine if a node is a leaf, it
checks if the number of numchild is equal to 0. But a node can have soft
deleted children, then numchild is equal to 0, but it is not a leaf
because if we want to add a child we have to look for the last child to
compute a correct path. Otherwise we will have an error saying that the
path already exists.
## Purpose
Added a safety check for URLs in the FileDownloadButton component. Now,
before opening a URL, it verifies if the URL is safe using the isSafeUrl
function.
This prevents potentially unsafe URLs from being opened in a new tab.
