✅(frontend) update e2e test for folder creation

Refactored the create-folder test to improve clarity and functionality.
Removed outdated assertions and added checks for visibility of relevant
UI elements before creating a new folder. This enhances the test's
reliability and ensures it accurately reflects user interactions.
