### Highlights
The site database has doubled: 2611 enabled sites in 0.6.5, 5203 now.
`--input-file` reads identifiers from a file, one per line, instead of
listing them all on the command line (#3085).
The Windows binary is attached to the release page itself (#3048). Until now
it was published only on a rolling nightly tag, so the build sitting next to
a release was not the build made from it.
The README and the documentation have been translated into French (#3166).
The translated docs are live at https://maigret.readthedocs.io/fr/latest/.
