NUANCE (2026-08-17): verified-writes is WRITE-TYPE-SPECIFIC, not a uniform 7%. gitlab MR comments
DO persist (task 389 confirmed on MR 450 -- fill box + Ctrl+Enter submit). reddit UPVOTES do NOT
(the vote click doesn't register -- a concrete UI-interaction bug, potentially fixable like the
blocked-click work). reddit POSTS mostly not independently checkable (eval url=last). So the 7%
atomic number was UPVOTE-DOMINATED and understates comment-type writes. Honest state: partial,
type-dependent capability -- reliable on some write classes, failing on others. A precise clause-5
number needs a balanced independently-checkable partition per write-type; the signal is 'partial,
not near 95'.
