[eric] e2e: add settings-pairwise spec that applies each generated row via the settings/update/fulfilled action, asserts every switch persisted + theme localStorage took + zero renderer crash + zero unexpected console errors, with OPENSWARM_E2E_EXHAUSTIVE=1 switching to the full sixty-four-row cartesian
