Yogesh Ojha 7f2609a339 feat: update frontend dependencies and add Tailwind CSS support

- Added new dependencies for Tailwind CSS, typography, and animation.
- Introduced layout.css for Tailwind CSS styles and custom properties.
- Updated Vite configuration to include Tailwind CSS plugin.
- Created components.json for Shadcn Svelte integration.
- Simplified layout.svelte by merging head elements.
- Added VSCode settings for Tailwind CSS file associations.
