Mike Auty 1f1355711d Windows: Fix faulty pdbutil API 
Commit 5bc517aa appears to have been a broken merge that removed some
of the changes made to the pdbutil API unintentionally.  This was kindly
pointed out in PR #822 by @digitalisx.
